The reason why concern over gas fuel savings stands to be a big thing when talking about motorized vehicles is quite self explanatory. Gas means money. Lesser gas consumption means lesser spending for gas, meaning users could save more, as gas expenditures are rather cut down. More gas use on motor vehicles also mean more carbon monoxide being introduced to the atmosphere, which could mean more harm to the world’s ozone layer. But there is such a vehicle now, which could actually save on gas, as well as keep carbon monoxide introduction cut down.

As of today, a game is being played. A game called “confronting the US oil crisis”, with the major players being the government, the car manufacturers, and maybe the EPA and the people being the unwitting spectators that are readily lured to the show.
And the game pieces are the fuel economy cars such as hybrid cars.

The whole premise of the hybrid automobile has somewhat become a standard many automobile manufacturers have taken the bandwagon on. Hybrid automobiles are basically vehicles which are powered by two types of engines, one which utilize the de facto gasoline combustion engine, coupled with another which utilize alternative power in powering the automobile, usually electric powered motors.

How can we afford to keep driving when gasoline prices are incessantly spiking without hints that it would go down anytime soon? Recently, too many people I see are taking hybrid cars - vehicles designed to run on petrol and electricity, as the way out to the fuel prices woes. But truths to tell, right now hybrid cars are the most expensive ways to save on gasoline. Even if gasoline prices will spike to the height of $5 per liter (which I highly doubt it would), getting those hybrids would still be the least economical move to save gasoline.
